We leave Milnerton early morning and travel to Somerset West, over Sir Lowry’s Pass, through the Winelands of Grabouw, we
take a short cut onto gravel to get you orientated with
the aspect of off road riding through the Grabouw forest
Highlands trail and via the back mountain gravel roads
on to Hermanus.
The
Attaquaskloof dirt track leading out of Bonniedale Holiday
Farm is one of the most spectacular rides in the Western
Cape, the endless gravel roads winds through the historical
Ox Wagon trails in the valley passed remains of stone
buildings from historical South Africa.
For over 100km we wind our way along the spectacular Langeberg
Mountains until cutting through the stunning Gysmanshoek
Pass down to Heidelberg.

Theewaterskloof Dam is the largest dam in the Western
Cape and was built in the 1970's. It served to improve
